As I go into my third year of teaching, I sit and reflect on my first concert as the director of Oxford Chorale. The snippet of "We Are Marching in the Light of God" was a collaboration between Chorale and the Oxford Dance Company, under the direction of my colleague, Alejandro Abarca.
