How we break up heavy clay soil in our Texas garden! Using cover crops to not only add organic matter and prevent erosion can help any soil, but with clay soil a tillage radish can be very helpful to break things up! We are building the soil from the literal ground up at the new teaching garden so here is how we are doing it!
