Modak Recipe For the dough: 1 cup Rice flour 1/2 cup water 1 tsp Ghee Salt For the stuffing: 1 cup grated fresh coconut 1/2 cup jagerry 2 tbsp cashewnut chopped 2 tbsp golden raisins 2 tsp khus khush ( poppy seeds) 1 tsp powdered elachi ( cardamom) 2 tbsp Ghee Method: In a pan add water, let it heat for a while’ now add rice flour salt & Ghee mix it well cover the lid and set aside for 10 minutes. Now knead the atta well. For stuffing in a pan heat, add ghee, khus khus, elachi powder cashew nuts
