No one really talks about the aftermath of a weightloss journey! It has been so hard getting use to my ‘new’ body after being lean, it is also harder to maintain a weight then it is losing weight! Mentally it has also been hard to look at myself in the mirror but i’m slowly learning to accept. 3 things I do everyday to keep myself accountable and help me keep the weight off is: 👉🏽 Gym 4-5 times a week 👉🏽 Hitting 10k steps a day 👉🏽 Tracking calories every now and again to make sure I’m stay
