READ 👇 First of all let me start by saying ‘no screaming’ means just that. I no longer scream, throw things, lash out, or slam doors like I use to. I have raised my voice and I have spoken with an irritated tone on occasion but nothing like it was almost a year ago. What helped me was learning anger management skills and skills to help me simplify my life with kids and lighten the mental load of motherhood.
