In partnership with the North Georgia United Methodist Conference Disaster Response, Wesley at Virginia Tech students are spending the week in the Augusta, Ga. area, an area still recovering from Hurricane Helene. Students are helping rebuild a home, cleaning up the streets, and working at Golden Harvest Food Bank. While there, the students visited with Letitie Clark, mother of Ryan Clark, a Virginia Tech senior from Augusta who was among the 31 lives lost in the Virginia Tech Massacre in 2007.
