Ikea Hack Creating a bed nook using an @ikeauk Slakt that I got of Facebook marketplace, I paid the same as I sold his old bed for so it was basically Free. I removed the existing skirting so the bed could be flush to the wall then I built a frame around the bed (with my brothers help). Using these lovely tongue and groove panels from @thepanelcompany to cover the outside of the frame, I used standard 6 or 9 mm mdf for the edges and internal, to save money I used what I had left from the wardrob
