How to prune Limelight Hydrangeas 💚 I typically wait until February to do this, but you can prune late winter- early spring in your area 🥰 Limelight Hydrangeas bloom on new wood, which is why you want to cut them back before any new growth emerges. This does not apply to all hydrangeas as some bloom on old wood!!!
