The Fatimiyah ECD Education Training Center successfully completed its third three-month Early Childhood Development (ECD) course. A certificate distribution ceremony was held at the Allama Iqbal Open University Skardu Campus Auditorium. The event's chief guest was Zulfiqar Ali, Director of Education Baltistan.
