It’s wild how much harder you have to work when you don’t fit the image people expect. You can have the degrees, the experience, the accomplishments, and the systems around you will still question your intelligence, your belonging, and your capability. And for so long, I believed them. I internalized every comment, every micro-aggression, every moment someone made me feel like I had to “prove” what I already earned. This video is for anyone who grew up being underestimated, POC, women, first-gen
