Today I tested Kristen’s cardiovascular fitness test by doing the three minute step test and watching and monitoring her heart rate with a 96 beat per minute count and then checking her heart rate one minute after this informs us of her cardiovascular fitness how well her heart rate responds to stimulus and then we can prescribe a proper cardiovascular fitness program.
