Sliders are such an amazing tool. They can be used to both progress but also REGRESS movements. One of my favorite ways to use them recently is actually with ACTIVATION based movements. They can help add variety to those basic movements so you can even target muscles you may not be able to otherwise. Like the bird dog. Slider slab challenge! 🍔 Today I’m @thebutthut.au tackling their slider slab challenge!! This challenge consists of 24 sliders weighing a total of 2.5 kg and has a time of 20 minutes!! If I can get all 24 sliders down in under 20 minutes I will be successful in this challenge and I will win my money back and also a $50 voucher to the venue to use at a later date!!! This one tasted so so good!!! But the size of it definitely made it a difficult challnge for the 20 minute time limit!! Thank you s
