Quadriceps Stretch

PNF Stretching can be a valuable tool for flexibility gains. Active stretching, meaning the muscle are activated and flexing while you are stretching, is a super valuable tool for your practice. But there are far more intense active methods of stretching that will bring you just as much if not more value than PNF. Some people SWEAR by PNF but nah.
