Declassified U.S. Army footage of a Live Fire testing of the Ammunition Storage Blowout Panels on a M1A1 tank (probably Block II Prototype), very likely at Aberdeen Proving Grounds Ballistic Research Laboratory. September 22, 1986. This test simulates a combat scenario where the tank armor gets defeated by enemy projectiles and by consequence the ammunition on the tank gets ignited.
