When Is Not Enjoying Favorite Activities A Depression Sign?

My first studio album “Anhedonia” was originally going to be named “another therapy session” but that seemed too on the nose so I opted to name a symptom of my brain malfunctioning. The track “purge” was also originally titled after my fathers full legal name and was cut from an originally 9 minute free flow of thought that seemed far too graphic and uncomfortable so I cut it to a respectable 3:35 and only left the less personal bits in there.
