Its vast territory spans six biomes, from tropical #rainforest to savanna - and it holds 10% of the world’s freshwater. From these foundations, #Brazil can emerge as the world’s first nature superpower, says Ilona Szabó de Carvalho, Co-founder of the @InstitutoIgarape. The world’s biggest climate talks have kicked off in Brazil’s Amazon city of Belem, with tens of thousands from more than 190 countries in town for the COP30 summit.
