Tips for decorative stitching with a twin needle! 1) Use a 3.0mm twin needle. 2) Select decorative stitch. 3) Use a Satin Stitch Foot or Open Toe Foot. 4) Activate machine’s twin needle safety (if your machine has this feature) or manually decrease stitch width; test by turning hand wheel toward you to make sure left and right movement of needle clears sides of presser foot. 5) Decrease upper thread tension slightly. 6) Use tear-away stabilizer to support the dense stitching | Singer Sewing
