Day 17 of my stairmaster challenge ✅ If you’re new to the stairmaster, here’s what you need to know! 👇🏽 1️⃣ Start slow 🐢 – Don’t jump into high speeds right away. The stairmaster is TOUGH 😮‍💨, and even a lower setting can feel intense. Find a pace you can maintain and build from there. 2️⃣ Use the railings if you need to ✋🏽 – Holding on for balance or support is completely fine! Just avoid leaning too much or putting all your weight on them, so you don’t mess up your form or risk injury. 3
