#4 in the series evaluating the 12 lead ECG. When I evaluate a 12 Lead ECG, I dissect into leads that look at the same wall of the ❤️. I start with leads II, III & aVF. These leads look toward the inFerior wall. All 3 leads have significant ST segment elevation. Note lead III elevation is > lead II. This signifies it’s most likely an RCA occlusion.
