Snatch pull snatch is a great training complex to dial in bar path and consistency! Can you complete a pull perfectly and then replicate the exact same pull in a lift? If you tend to grip and rip from the floor and miss lifts, this is a great tool to build more consistency in technique and not "muscle" weight around.
