Here's the latest trailer to come off the production line! It's a beautiful 26' trailer in bright red with an 8' porch on back. Inside the trailer, our customer had included a full sized proofing cabinet and a fryer. Also, a combo cooking unit with a 24" flat top griddle and 2 burners with an oven underneath. Next to the triple bin sink and handwash is a 23 cubic foot refrigerator and matching freezer. Of special note is the ice maker that can make 140lbs of ice per day and a custom built stand
