I’m realizing these are not the same thing. The fastest metric to find out how deeply someone sees themselves when they tell you they’re “doing the work” is to ask them what type of integration they do. If they don’t know what integration is, means or can’t give you an answer, the words are surface level and they haven’t embodied anything.
