The Emergency Utility Assistance Program makes available $250,000 in CARES act funding to assist eligible Pharr residents who are behind their water bill. Those interested in applying, staff will be assisting at Pharr City Hall's second floor beginning Monday, April 5th from 9am– 4pm.
