Atrioventricular Reentrant Tachycardia (AVRT) ✨(AVRT) is a type of supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) caused by a reentrant circuit involving the AV node and an accessory pathway (AP). Pathophysiology - Reentry circuit: AV node accessory pathway (AP). - Orthodromic (90%): Narrow QRS ➡️ AP retrograde. - Antidromic (10%): Wide QRS ⚠️ (mimics VT). 📈 ECG Signs: - Orthodromic: Retrograde P wave after QRS, ❌ delta wave during tachycardia. - Antidromic: Wide QRS, delta wave in sinus rhythm (WPW). - WP
