RCV gives voters more choices, but how do fellow midwesterners in Minnesota like it? I’m on the @amtrak headed to Minnesota to find out. On November 4, voters in 5 Minnesota cities will use RCV for their local elections. Instead of just selecting one candidate, they’ll be able to rank candidates in order of preference.
