Oxalate and "anti-nutrients" are only an issue if you're not eating a variety of vegetables. Spinach, beet greens, and chard are high in calcium but also high in oxalate, which means the body can't absorb much of the calcium. Don't make these more than a third of your salad greens, but avoiding them completely isn't necessary. Just have kale, collards, arugula, and other greens too.
