Our Treasure Map Project uses a combination of watercolor paints and colored pencils. This is one of my favorite ways to use colored pencils as it isn't necessary to color in large blocks of space. You need only use colored pencils for small, detailed images. 🗺 To create this treasure map, follow these steps: 1) On a large sheet of paper, draw a scroll. 2) To draw the island, draw a line with lots of inlets, wiggles and rough edges in the middle of your paper. 3.
