Some schools are closed on Friday due to ongoing ICE activity in the Twin Cities metro, meanwhile additional anti-ICE protests are happening in Minneapolis after the fatal shooting of Renee Good earlier this week.

The Trump administration is reacting to the shooting in Minneapolis involving an ICE officer and 37-year-old Renee Good, a U.S. citizen, who was killed.

The shooting fueled further protests around the Twin Cities in light of a recent surge of ICE activity in the area as part of the Trump administration’s illegal immigration crackdown.
