Do your users have Background Printing enabled under Tools/Options/Print in Word? I've found that this can occasionally create problems in Word when printing forms and I generally disable it.
When I boot my PC, ZoneAlarm tells me that Winword.exe is trying to access the Internet. Should I be worried about this message? How do I find out the origin of this IP Address (199.7.51.190)?
