Domestic battery. A 24-year-old Flagler Beach man was arrested for instigating a fight with his adult brother.
There’s been little publicity and no arrests following a fight at a Winfield bar on Dec. 21, despite reports that those involved in the incident include a politician and those sworn to uphold the law.
